What if my order arrives damaged?

When your delivery arrives, we recommend carefully checking the package right away. If you notice any visible damage—even if it’s only to the outer box—be sure to note it on the delivery receipt. If you can’t open the package at that time but suspect damage, write “suspect damage” when signing.

Should your order arrive with damage, simply send clear photos to support@ironsideoutdoors.com, and we’ll arrange either a replacement or refund, typically within one business day.
